Grape harvest: October. Hand harvesting at full ripeness. Gentle handling of grapes and must.
Maceration: 10 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks.

Maturing: natural maturing in oak barrels for two years. Maturing continues after bottling.

Wine is not filtered.

Description: Dark ruby red colour. Bouquet and aromas of ripe forest fruits, fine spices, and blackberries in harmony with pleasant acid. The taste is complex, fresh, and full. The wine feels harmonious and mineral. After a sip, the aroma is preserved. A fruity aftertaste, with soft tannins.
