Red blend wine Lux is made from selected grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon growing in terraced vineyards. Merlot: Our vineyards bring out its potential with smooth and soft wine with a great deal of colour, roasted aromas and flavours. Whereas Cabernet sauvignon brings its extracted aromas. The final result is a harmonious blend.

Soil: flysch of Eocene origin (marl and sandstone), the soil is rich in minerals.

Grape harvest: Early October. Hand harvesting at full ripeness, selected grapes. Gentle handling of grapes and must.
Maceration: 10 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks.
Maturation: natural maturing in oak barrels for a year and a half.

Description: Dark ruby in colour. The bouquet and aroma of ripe forest fruits, dark cherries and pleasantly balanced taste of cask. Complex and fresh taste. A harmonious wine with mineral notes. A fruity aftertaste.

Blend LUX with the maturing capability of 10 years or more, in bottles. Over the years of ageing, the rich structure and harmony of aromas gain in complexity and bouquet. The wine stays fresh, fullness of taste and vitality thanks to the micro-terroir and the natural production method.
