Vitis white wine is made from the best selected grapes from terraced vineyards. Chardonnay imparts structure and fullness to the blend, Sauvignon adds a varietal character which is a result of selection, soil and microclimate, whereas Sauvignon Vert brings its extracted aromas. The final result is a harmonious blend.

Description: Golden yellow in colour. The bouquet is persistent. Pear and almonds on the palate. Complex and fresh taste with mineral notes. Structural wine with a pleasant acidity. A full fruity aftertaste.

Fish and shellfish: grilled turbot, oysters, lobster
White meat: young fried chicken, roasted turkey steaks
